Enrollment Procedures

Enrollment Procedure

STEP 1

Secure an Admission Notice Form from the Principal's Office.

STEP 2

Go to the Encoding Area and fill out the form with the requested information necessary to produce a secure and accurate Student Record.

STEP 3

Present the Admission Notice Form to the Assessment Area.

STEP 4

Proceed to the Cashier for payment.

STEP 5

Present the Official Receipt at the Administration Office to receive the list of required school materials.

STEP 6

Purchase necessary books and uniforms at the Finance Office and provide the receipt to the Books and Uniform Area.
